Experiencing a loss and living in the aftermath alongside the hormonal changes your body is plunged into, can make post baby loss terrain an incredibly challenging and lonely time. If you aren’t sure what you want, need or even where to start, but feel like you’d like to give exercise a shot, please reach out for a no-strings attached chat to learn more. The post baby loss space looks different for each individual , depending on the circumstances around it. Appropriate exercise and mindful movement can be a useful tool to help regain energy , motivation and strength and provide an outlet for stress while honouring your body’s recovery as your hormones rebalance.
