Before working with Ami I felt intimidated to go in to a gym, I hadn't exercised in years and my goal was to lose fat, which I assumed would help me feel a bit better about myself. Those things did happen, but working with Ami has done far more for me than that.
The programs she develops for me give me the perfect level of challenge, and a great sense of achievement. She's also worked with all of my quirks (exercises I felt like I couldn't do, places I didn't want to go) and somehow I now find myself enjoying the things I thought I couldn't do, and happy in the places I initially refused flat out to go to. She's part PT and part life coach.
As it happens I have met the goal I initially had, which was to be a specific clothing size. I couldn't be more surprised to say that the importance of that goal has hugely receded for me as the other achievements (health improvements, new skills and a sense of wellbeing) are what drive me now. Ami's work is absolutely what has changed my perspective.

I went into lockdown wondering how l'd cope without the HIIT/strength classes I loved doing several times a week. Ami's Zoom sessions have more than filled the gap, to the extent that I now prefer them! Always carefully put together and the right level of tough, Ami is also great at keeping your form in check on camera.
The playlists are fab too. I'll definitely be continuing these for as long as she does them!

Triple Cs have been a highlight for me since Lockdown 1: a masterclass of an expert workout in my own space with minimum equipment and great results. Ami's a force of positive energy who makes me feel welcomed each week, incredibly attentive on form and method, keeping me focused on the challenge and the goal. These sessions not only push me to be get to my physical best, but have also done wonders in keeping me mentally resilient to accept and adapt to one of the most challenging years of my life (so far).

"Being introduced to Ami & her Home Lab zoom fitness has been such a good thing for me, being a self cofessed lazy bod when it comes to maintaining a fitness routine.
The Zoom classes gave me a sence of accountability, an actual person is expecting you to turn up.
I can understand that some people may be wary of Zoom fitness for fear of not getting the personal correction needed, but this is absolutely not the case under Ami's instruction, where I have often felt that I have received better, more detailed care than when I have been in the same room as the instructor.

Ami is truly gifted! I have never met a trainer with a better understanding of the human body, her unique style of coaching keeps programmes enjoyable but challenging and she’s always open to tweaking! From the exercises to the approach to the after care, I couldn’t recommend her more, she has pushed my body to be in the best condition of my life, (without having to go on a shit diet!) while also gifting me the confidence to go beyond what I thought I was capable of.

I’d tried various HIIT classes and taken other PT sessions for a while before training with Ami and the difference was huge. She has such a wealth of knowledge in fitness and nutrition that you know you’re in the hands of a very experienced trainer. The sessions are dynamic, focused and the results are so impressive.
