You can move into a monthly subscription from the 8 or 12 week programme. or start directly on the subscription with a 4 month minimum commitment . in order to fully benefit an in-depth immersion into working with me. What's included: Monthly in depth review + values based reflection to plan ahead Weekly check ins Ongoing Whatsapp / Email support as required Personalised Training, Nutrition and Mindset guidance : - Macros/tracking/intuitive eating guidance - Coaching as relevant to your goals/lifestyle - Comprehensive Training program adapted to your goals and internal/external parameters - Evolve all of the above together with you as you change! - You can freeze or cancel your subscription at any time with a month's notice if rolling on to it from the 8 or 12 week program. - 4 month commitment if starting directly onto the subscription.
