If your goals are increasing general fitness, strength and lean muscle mass, this will provide you with a flexible structure to suit your time, capacity, ability and equipment. It will also support fat loss goals especially if you are working on the nutritional side of your lifestyle alongside perfect for you. Stay on track with your progress by holding yourself accountable to your workout spreadsheets and use email support with your coach Ami. This is a hybrid programme that fuses traditional strength training, conditioning + cardio, core and mobility. It incorporates variations for personalisation to your training level and equipment, and progresses week by week.
